The importance of family and being present for their 5 children led her and her husband, Richard Roselli to settle their legal roots within their hometown of Boca Raton, Florida and open their law firm Roselli & McNelis specializing in Representing the Injured and Their Families. Lisa concentrates her practice working for Plaintiffs who are injured in automobile incidents, falls, and the negligence caused by others. Along with her partners, she has obtained justice for clients that has resulted in multi-million-dollar settlements and verdicts.
Teaching & Leadership
Over her career, Lisa has proudly served as an Adjunct Professor of Trial Advocacy at her alma mater and has lectured at legal seminars across the state. Lisa has been active in countless organizations including the Ft. Lauderdale and Boca Raton Notre Dame Clubs, Legal Aid of Broward, Family Central, Covenant House, Florida Lawyers Assistance, and Broward Guardian Ad Litem program.
She has taken on leadership roles during her 40 years in practice within the Florida Justice Association, Broward Women Lawyers, and currently as chairperson of the Florida Bar Grievance Committee 15A, The Florida Bar Civil Trial Certification Committee.

Personal
Lisa prides herself on a law practice as counselor and teacher to each of her clients, always leading with high standards as to ethics, timely responses, and best representation unique to each client. In addition to her legal work, Lisa is most proud of her and her husband's 5 children, now all with careers as lawyers and doctors, as well as an ever-expanding number of grandchildren. In her free time, Lisa loves to visit the family horse farm in Indiana, as well as enjoying Marlins baseball, Broadway shows, and The Florida Grand Opera with her husband Rick Roselli, and time for reflection at St. Jude Boca Raton church in their community.
